New owners purchased The Cottage in the Wood Hotel, with its history and long list of famous guests from Margaret Thatcher, CS Lewis, to Charlie Watts and Sir Edward Elgar who performed at the hotel, from the Pattin family who ran the hotel for 29 years. They are planning on working with the current team to enhance the hotels facilities for all guests, both local and further afield.
