Your 3-hour gin school session begins at Piston HQ in Worcester, where you’ll dive into the world of gin-making, guided by expert distillers to create a bespoke bottle to take home. Then, return to the heights of The Cottage in the Wood, where our talented bartenders will transform your handcrafted gin into a personalised cocktail.

Savour a refined dining experience in our award-winning restaurant, where the menu evolves with the seasons, showcasing the finest local and British ingredients. Then, retreat to one of our individually designed Best, Great or Very Good rooms, where dramatic views of the Severn Valley meet charming creature comforts, ensuring a night of pure relaxation.

Prices start from £482 for two guests sharing one room (twin and double options available).
