Before dinner, be one of the first to experience our newly opened heated terrace, overlooking the twinkling lights of the Severn Valley and Cotswolds, whilst snuggling up next to your loved one sipping on our selection of winter warmer cocktails.
Then, dine on sumptuous dishes created specifically for Valentine’s Day by head chef Mark Redwood, using fresh, local produce. Delicate canapés will start the five-course gourmet menu, before guests sample a light scallop agnolotti with sweetcorn, coriander and apple. Rich butter poached cod is served with potato, oyster leaf and trout roe and dressed with white soya, whilst the blackened BBQ sirloin of beef, paired with braised shin, radish, cavolo nero and onion, is heart meltingly delicious. Finish with a unique dessert of warm chocolate tart, olive oil ice cream and caramelized black olive crumb.
