The Cottage in the Wood Malvern has been praised for the exceptional quality of its 1919 Restaurant, taking home the prestigious Taste of Worcestershire award 2024 at the recent Worcestershire Tourism Awards ceremony held on 15 March.
After a record number of entries, the awards recognised 12 outstanding winners spanning various categories, acknowledging their outstanding performance, as attested by the judges’ feedback.
Celebrating the finest in local hospitality, this marks The Cottage in the Wood Malvern’s second Taste of Worcestershire award, with the hotel also taking home the accolade in 2022.

Judges praised The Cottage in the Wood Malvern as a destination hotel, commending its commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience, by utilising local and seasonal ingredients. They also highlighted the friendly service of the front of house team, as well as the picturesque surroundings of the hotel, providing a warm and welcoming environment, even on a cold winter’s night.
